When you buy books from this website, we need to collect personal information from you to fulfil the order, such as:

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Email address

  • Name

  • Phone number

We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

  • You’ve created a customer account

  • Your customer account password has been reset or updated

  • You’ve made a purchase

  • Your order has shipped

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.

Your payment details are not stored.

Marketing communications

 

When you purchase a book or sign up to our newsletter, we will add your name to a password-protected Google Doc mailing list unless you ask us not to do so. We will only communicate with you periodically and in ways we hope you will appreciate – about new books, special offers and interesting events. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email or email info@mamamakesbooks.com to remove your name at any time.

This is a Squarespace site that collects data to power our site analytics, including:

  • The site that referred you to our website
